Hello, my name is Ashlee. I was hoping to contact someone high up at Kohls to praise a manager at a Kohl's store at which I recently worked. I've stumbled upon this website that claims this e-mail will reach you, So here's hoping. For the past 3.5 years, I have worked at the Lawrence, KS Kohl's store (#0330). I recently quit, and did not go out on a happy note, unfortunately. However, I took my exit survey and said my peace, and now I would like to talk about the most positive thing Store 330 has to offer: Rachel McClanahan. She is a manager/ area supervisor, and should really be much higher than that. She is the type of boss I think everyone dreams of having. She is simply the most upbeat, positive, encouraging person I have ever had the pleasure of meeting. She walks into work each day with a bounce in her step and it is quite contagious. Her leadership style involves respecting the associates she supervises, which is unfortunately a very hard trait to find. It makes every other associate respect her and want to work hard for her. I truly hope this message does reach you, because I would love to see Rachel recognized for her efforts and constant positive attitude. Thank you for taking the time to read this.
