Mr. Massey,
There are grave management problems in your Wilmington, N.C Store, Associates are being Harassed by Management. Customers are not being taken care of, associates without proper training are handling animals getting bitten, causing animals to be dropped. An associate was ordered to clip a parrots wings, WITH NO TRAINING.
These situations were brought to management, three different managers, with no resolve. My daughter is an employee of this store, a student at U.N.C.W. College. She fears retaliation and loss of employment. I have advised her to go through Human Resources. I hope you can look into this disturbing situation, because there is more.
This is a busy store and run with integrity, leadership and teamwork could be even more successful
