Mr May I have called you cusomer service center due to an ongoing issue with my service since the dawn of time and I am tired of having to call in and being told a lineman will be sent out with no follow up action. Everytime there is a weather event such as to day high winds, I lose service and I'm tired of being stonewalled by your CSRS and supervisors when I ask to speak to a manager or director, so now you're it, as they dI'd not seem to care that I wold be contacting you directly. FIX THIS PROBLEM.
