I am writing to you as a last resort. My 90 year old father has had an issue with ConEd that began on May 1 and four months later still remains unresolved with no end in sight. No one in your organization is willing to show compassion and go the extra mile to help. We cant even get a manager to speak to us. He has been an excellent customer for close to 50 years, he deserved better than this.
