Mr. McLeod I have seen some great changes since you took the helm of (BI-LO ,now SE Grocers),but have also seen things that deter from those improvements with a reduction in morale at some stores.While my Assistant store manager who is a good man is on leave for Radiation/Chemo therapy treatment,the area management rehired a recently fired former manager who lost his job for selling cigarettes to a minor in an undercover police sting.This is not a morale booster as once again in the weeks leading up to my stores inventory,hours of dependable hard working part-time employees are shaved bit-by-bit leading up to inventory.Solid employee Retention is as important of every other aspect,as these are the people who insure Customer retention.Thanks for your time, GOD Bless!
