Mr. McMillon, This company always talk of NO FAVORTISM or RETALIATION in a work place but its still happening and Good people are either being forced out or just leaving the job because your upper management tram doesnt care about nothing but certain associates vs great working associates and thats not how you run a business, Im a manager and I treat all of my crew equal and with the same respect that they give me which is very good its not right to push others away that are doing the company good, NOT RIGHT AT ALL
