MY HUSBAND HAD TO TAKE EMERGENCY LEAVE OF ABSENCE FOR THE WELL BEING OF MYSELF AND MY SON. I WAS HOSPITALIZED FOR 5 DAYS. THEN AFTER HE WAS THERE FOR SUPPORT . OUR SON IS ONLY 17 MONTHS OLD. HE NEEDED HIS DAD WHILE I WAS AWAY , AND NEEDED HIM TO HELP SUPPORT ME.
THE PROBLEM IS , MY HUSBAND WAS PROMISE TO BE PAID 800 DOLLARS ON HIS PAY CHECK . THE MORNING CHECKS SHOWED UP , HIS ASSISTANT STORE MANAGER CONFISCATED IT, SAYING IT WAS A HR ERROR, AND HE COULD NOT HAVE IT .

YES , I AM USING RESOURCES SUCH AS THE UNION TO FIGHT FOR MY HUSBAND PAY CHECK. THEY ARE SAYING THAT AN EMPLOYEE CAN NOT CLAIM SICK TIME WHEN THEY ARE ON FAMILY LEAVE OF ABSENCE CAUSE HE IS NOT THE ONE THAT IS SICK . SO NOW ITS A BATTLE OF WHAT'S RIGHT AND WHATS NOT RIGHT. WHILE MY FAMILY SUFFERS WITHOUT THE PAY CHECK MY HUSBAND WAS PROMISED.
MY SON DESERVES TO HAVE THE UTILITIES ON, FOOD IN HIS BELLY, WITHOUT US STRUGGLING TO MAKE ENDS MEET BECAUSE HR MESSED UP HIS PAYROLL. THEY LEFT US WITH 122 DOLLARS , OUT OF THE 800, WHILE THEY DEBATE .
I DON'T KNOW ABOUT YOU BUT , 122 DOLLARS DOESN'T FEED A FAMILY OF THREE.

WHY I THINK THIS SILLY MATTER SHOULD BE ADDRESS TO YOU ? THIS IS NOT THE ONLY THING KING SOOPERS HAS DONE TO HURT MYSELF AND MY FAMILY. SOME OF MY MENTAL ISSUES IS BEING BULLY BY MANAGEMENT AT MY JOB. IF I WALK INTO THE STORE RIGHT NOW MY HEART RACES MY STOMACH SINKS . WHY ? THATS A LONG STORY.
BUT WHY IS IT AN EMPLOYEE OF 8 YEARS , WHO USE TO LOVE HER JOB , WAS LOYAL TO HER JOB .. HAS ANIEXTY ENTERING HER PLACE OF WORK ? MAYBE ITS TIME YOU TAKE A CLOSER LOOK INSIDE YOUR STORES. IT'S NOT JUST TAKEN A TOLL ON MY FAMILY BUT PLENTY OF OTHERS.
I URGE YOU TO HELP MY FAMILY , I'M JUST ASKING FOR A PAY CHECK THAT WAS PROMISED TO US. IF WE END UP OWING IT BACK , THAT'S FINE. BUT AT LEAST WE WON'T BE HURTING THIS WEEK.
