Mr Menear, I am frustrated beyond belief in regards to an order I placed – Craig Menear email address

James sent a message to Craig Menear – Chairman, CEO and President of The Home Depot email address that said:

Mr Menear,
I am frustrated beyond belief in regards to an order I placed with Home Depot. I placed an order on 4/27/16 which was originally placed on backorder ,and would be delayed, which is understandable . Then I received an email that it was shipped on 5/16/16.I got notice that it would be delivered on 5/23/16 after tracking the order from carrier,nonstopdelivery. Needless to say ,the order wasn't delivered.The next day, there wasn't a delivery date scheduled on the tracking system. I have inquired twice since and customer service states they have reached out to the carrier with no response.Meanwhile, the charge has appeared on my credit card .I'm not sure if this is how your business is conducted.If I don't get this resolved to my satisfaction,I will either have to request the charge be reversed ( which I don't want to do ,as my wife likes the product), or put the credit card transaction put in dispute.
