I have spoken with several people and still can not get an answer.
Joe Door clerk Southside location Said door in town but not at location. Door was sent in wrong 2 weeks ago, Suppose to be in yesterday now not in.
Lisa service desk (helpful) but can only relay messages.
Damien Said he is a sales manager and said could not access my order and could not go to service desk to look up, yet they are in same offices...
