Mr. Meyer, I have been an ongoing XM subscriber for the past 11 years. With – James Meyer email address

Donna Schweitzer sent a message to James E. Meyer CEO, Sirius XM Radio Inc. - email address that said:

Mr. Meyer, I have been an ongoing XM subscriber for the past 11 years. With a little over 2 months remaining on my current contract, I bought a new vehicle yesterday. I tried unsuccessfully to use the XM website livechat, as livechat told me they cannot help transfer services, that I would need to call XM instead.
Upon calling XM today and talking to a representative and a supervisor, I was told that there was no way that I could have a my 3 month free subscription that comes with my new vehicle and also transfer my 2 plus remaining months of my contract that I have already paid for. The only option given to me, is to receive a financial credit towards another year of XM service.
This is totally unacceptable. I am not looking for a handout, I only want what I have already paid for. My current contract ends May 1, 2017. I want this contract to simply be extended to August 1, 2017.
The half hour I had to spend on the phone with the rep and supervisor with numerous times being placed on hold, only to be told the same information over and over was so infuriating that I questioned if having XM radio is even worth it. It surely left me in a terrible mood, and with nothing good to say about XM to friends and family.
I am reaching out to you for one last try to resolve this issue. Otherwise, after my 3 month free subscription, I will simply choose not to use XM radio services any longer.
