Mr. Meyer:
I have just spoken with a Supervisor for Listener Care named Allison regarding an issue I had with my account. I attempted to explain to Allison ( while she was speaking over me) that I had been in a serious car accident in April and had my service suspended. I further explained to her that my request was renewed in July as my vehicle still had not been repaired. Allison berated me for waiting to call ne week after my accident to suspend my service. I explained to her that I had been rushed to the hospital by ambulance and called as soon as I could which was a week after the accident
