Mr. Meyer, I just purchased my new Chrysler 300 and I transferred my SiriusXM service – James Meyer email address

Bob French sent a message to James E. Meyer CEO, Sirius XM Radio Inc. - email address that said:

Mr. Meyer, I just purchased my new Chrysler 300 and I transferred my SiriusXM service from my old Chrysler 300 with no issue.

However, when I made mention to the customer service representative of my interest in the SiriusXM Guardian service, she had no idea of this service offering. I later contacted SiriusXM Guardian directly via my car and had no issues.

I truly believe the SiriusXM Guardian LOB is a great revenue source for SiriusXM and we need to take advantage of every opportunity to sell this service. I truly believe additional training and communication is needed in the radio customer service division of this other service line.
