Bruce , MD sent a message to James E. Meyer CEO, Sirius XM Radio Inc. that said:

Mr. Meyer: I used to have sirius radio and don't plan on renewing it. But I have been receiving phone calls from siriius to the tune of about 4-6 in a day with no message left. I called that number today and spoke to a Ruth I asked to speak to a supervisor. She put me on hold, came back and told me that since I was complaining about being harassed, the supervisor wouldn't speak to me. I told her I will send a complaint to the FCC and she told me I had a right to do that but I couldn't speak to a supervisor. I told her sirius must be treating other customers the same way and that is a poor business model and asked again to speak with a supervisor, she then hung up on me. I didn't swear or yell or be inpolite. As i can see, sirius is harassing me and I will let others know not to get involved with a company that conducts business like that. Imagine the trouble I'd be in if I treated my patients that way. Thanks for listening.
