Mr. Meyer
In 2009 I purchases a lifetime subscription from Sirius Radio, I did my homework and asked all of the important questions before I made the purchases. Two weeks later my truck was totaled in an accident. I called your company and they told me I could transfer the subscription free of charge because of what happened and I would have up to two more times to transfer it for a fee. I advised the agent that i was going through chemotherapy and would not being purchasing a vehicle anytime soon. I left my account dormant for about three years. When I was finally able to purchase a nice vehicle in 2012 I transferred the subscription after many phone calls and a lot of grief. I just couldn't understand that when I had sacrificed to have this service and had only used it for two weeks in a three year period. Fasting forwarding to my issue today; I purchased a new car in September 2015, because truck I purchased in 2012 was repossessed by the finance company. The new Chrysler came with a subscription. I was told I couldn't transfer my subscription until the trial ended (which was yesterday). Now I am being told I don't have the ability to transfer my lifetime subscript to my new car. This is insane. I would not have spent almost $500.00 on a product, up front, if I knew it would be like this. I'm just asking for what I was told I had per the terms of my original contract with Sirius Radio. I was a single mother of five going through chemotherapy with a with child in college when I purchased that plan. I repeatedly ask did it really mean lifetime and they say yes. It's not my fault that the Lord saw fit not to take me when I was on my death bed with cancer. I'm asking you to please sir have some one review my case so that I can get my subscription transferred.
