James sent a message to James E. Meyer CEO, Sirius XM Radio Inc. that said:
Mr. Meyer,
In the year 2010 I happily purchased a lifetime subscription to Sirius for approximately $750.
I am now being told that SiriusXM will not honor the subscription transfer to my new car radio and that I must purchase a new subscription. Please advise.
