Mr. Miller, I would like your help getting my parents out of a contract they signed for one of your properties. My mother is now quite ill having suffered her 3rd heart attack 2 weeks ago as well as a serious fall. My father is 80 years old with a tumor on his adrenal gland and my mother is 77 and very frail . Returning their deposit will make no difference to your bottom line but will help them greatly. Last summer my mother had a heart attack in Norway and they are still sorting through those bills. This year's heart attack will be even more costly and the stress level they are experiencing is intense. Getting out of the contract and receiving their deposit back will help reduce the stress that is surly adding to bad health. Please help me. We have a small family and we are not ready to loose our parents. Their first Great grandchild was born last week. It's only a matter of $16,000 and a contract release.
