Mr. Murren, I have been a loyal player/customer of Beau Rivage for some years. The Casino and hotel are starting to be in disrepair with frayed carpeting in hallways, roaches in the Buffet food trays, waiting more than 23 minutes for eggs and the list continues. Over the last two/three years the staff has remained the same, however a review of your upper management may be due, your customers do talk and speak their mind when on elevators, gaming and dining, please do something as I do not wish to follow others in leaving, I am a true Beau Rivage.
