Mr. Nassetta.
My apology for a second email. My husband and I stayed at the Hilton Sept. 24th-Sept. 29th. Our trip was wonderful except for contacts with Kirstyn Vaa. I visited her multiple times because I was promised both the Luaau and Sunset cruise. She that I would be offered both. Although I took most emails with me the document I needed was at home. Kirstyn never checked her computer and I was most surprised to find that it was her that had made the initial contact and offer. As a former PG sales manager integrity and respect are some of my key principles. She showed me neither. I want a letter of apology from Kirstyn and compensation for the 2-3 hours I spent finding her and trying to receive what I was promised. Kirstyn needs more customer service training. We now primarily stay at Embassy Suites due to my husbands heath problems. Other than the issue with her all the staff were outstanding and we rewarded them for their efforts. I have a copy of the initial letter from Kirstyn if you want a copy.

I sincerely appreciate your time and know you will resolve this issue and compensate me for the time and frustration caused by poor customer service.
