Mr. O'Leary, I hope this finds its way to you soon as it is urgent. I am College student studying abroad in Florence. I am using Ryanair to fly from Rome to Barcelona on the 29th of April. I will be flying back to Rome on may 1st, also using Ryan air However, I booked this return flight prematurely and now will likely be stranded in Rome for the night and will not make it back to class on Monday morning in Florence. I changed my flight and accepted the service fee, however I really can't afford this fee. I know it is against Ryanair policy to cancel flight and refund the money. But I thought perhaps you could make an exception for me as I have a limited amount of funds for time in Europe. Please let me know your thoughts it would mean a great deal to me.
