Patricia (Pam) Martin sent a message to Muktesh Pant- the CEO of KFC (Kentucky fried chicken)-email address that said:
Mr. Pant,
I am sending this email to you because I have not been able to receive a satisfactory response regarding the service that I received on March 17th at your Silas Creek, Winston Salem, NC location. Your guest services representatives have been contacted three times and should have all the details regarding my complaint. I am sure that you do not want to lose customers since you are constantly advertising your food on television using celebrity endorsements. I wonder if they ordered food from this location, would they still allow their names and faces to be used to endorse your brand.
