Mr. Parker:
I hate having to bring this to you. As a Chief Petty Officer in the USN, I always felt it was better to handle things at the lowest level possible. But that has proved not to be possible in this case. I have been trying to find out why USAA has made inquiries into my credit report, both Equifax and Experian. I has also asked that the profile they have on me be deleted along with the credit inquiries. After several weeks of calling and wait for return calls which never came I called again today 8/17/17. After over 90 mins( mostly on hold) and being transferred from one rep to another, I was told by a young man name Jessie ( employee # j9551) that the profile can not be removed. Please remember I have never had a account with USAA. My wife called back in 2003, Oct 27 for a quote, again in 08 Sept. 9th and nothing else. Neither one of us have ever had a account with USAA. All Im asking is please explain why my credit report was accessed, claiming it was a account review. My credit files be cleared. Along with my profile being removed with all records you obtained from the credit requesting the credit reports.. looking forward in hearing from you very soon. J.K Matthews MLC retired.
