Mr. Penske, my name is Russell I work for Agent location 0229-36 in Fort – Roger S Penske email address

Russell sent a message to Roger S. Penske – Chairman of the Board and CEO of Penske Corporation – Email Address that said:

Mr. Penske, my name is Russell McVean I work for Agent location 0229-36 in Fort Worth, Texas. I have been renting Penske trucks for three years. I feel Penske has the best maintained rental truck fleet in America. In three years I have had only one Penske truck to break-down (that I'm aware of).

I must say I have been disappointed by the ability of our location in the past month and a half to get reserved trucks (with credit card guarantee) from our district office by the time indicated on the reservation. Example: Yesterday (Monday, November 28, 2016) we had a 22' truck with car carrier (one way} replaces {oneway}: wrong word oneway) reserved for a 9:00 AM pick-up. The customer came in and we had no truck or car carrier for him to pick-up and it did not arrive at our location till 11:00 AM and we had to call the customer to pick it up. He was not a happy customer} replaces {happy customer}: wrong word"a happy customer. We also on the same day had a 26' truck (round trip) going

FYI: I called the district office Saturday, November 26 to confirm the above trucks would be here at this location for rental. They confirmed they would be here they were not. I also called on Monday, November 29 at 10:00 AM wanting to know the status of the 22' truck and car carrier I was informed it was in route. The high school called and told me they wanted to pick up the 26' truck at 5:00 PM and I immediately called the district office and they confirmed they would have it here by 5:00 PM. the customer arrived at 5:00 PM and there was no truck. It did arrive and was not checked out

This is ongoing the above is only one example. There has been several Penske Agent that has dropped Penske in this area for the same reason (this is what I have been told by at least two agents). Your assistance in this matter}: a vaguely specified concernseems more appropriate in this context than {mater} "matter would be greatly appreciated}: fully understood or graspedreplaces {appriciated}: wrong word appreciated.

Respectfully Submitted,
Russell
