TONI sent a message to Stefano Pessina – Executive Vice Chairman and Chief Executive Officer of Walgreens Boots Alliance email address that said:

I am contacting you because today I tried to contact Walgreens custodial records and was on hold from 0951 AM to 1221PM non-stop. Then I started looking for other phone numbers to call and get some answers and my records too that I needed. Everybody I got in contact was not very nice and cooperative with my requests. They will transfer me from office to office that nobody is picking up the phone or just hang up. When tell them that I have being on hold for over 2 hours they told me keep calling til somebody picks up the phone. Another employee told me that the office I tried to reach everybody was in a meeting from 1000AM til 1300PM. They should have left a message on the line that they are in a meeting then for customers. Everybody in the office is a meeting? Nobody left to answer the phone.
Every time I complaint that I was on hold for so long they were very insensitive to the issue, rude and did not care. It was like it was my fault that I am calling them and bothering them. I was given phone numbers to managers and called them and nobody has called me back yet.
Mr Passina, this is not acceptable for a customer to be on hold for that long. It is taking away time from me that I can do things that I need to do. It is my personal time that was wasted.

The managers in this office are not answering their phones either or calling back. Everybody is defending your employees that I spoke to and do not care about the customer. Maybe they need a reminder and everybody else in this company that because of the customers they have a job.
Just wonder what will happen if nobody comes to Walgreens for 1 week, a month or 6 months?
I need my records that will take 5 minutes to do and I am wasting half a day to get somebody to talk to and I still have not being contacted by anybody.
Maybe you can help me by getting your employees to answer their phones and do their job that you are paying them for.
