I contact you in hopes of cutting around the bureaucracy of the lower levels of customer support at your company. I have made inquires in the past to find out of there is bonded channel service available in my area.
Currently the only connection offered by Centurylink to my address is a 4Mbps down 512Kbps up connection. This is not adequate for my uses, hence my request to Centurylink on if bonded channel service is available. This would raise the throughput to my home to 8Mbps down.
Alternatively it would be excellent if someone could check the feasibility of upgrading the DSLAM or installing another one in my area so a faster connection can be available. I pay almost 70 dollars a month for the 4Mbps connection and feel more speed can be gotten for the money.
