Mr Post,
I have an MBA and have been very successful in my endeavors.
The biggest mistake I ever made was to contact Centurylink.
First I had a credit score of over 800.
I have 2 collection agencies reporting to credit bureaus re: centurylink.
I have spent "HOURS" = DAYS on the phone with your company "customer service".
Today I attempted to use your wed chat.
Never had a experience like that.
I actually asked (twice) a simple math question (2+3 +) because I truly believed I was conversing with A.I.
Never did get an answer.
I copied the total script so that I will include it with the complaint I am sending to the F.C.C..
I have been lied to more then once.
Rude would be a compliment.
I kept records and recordings of each conversation with your customer service .
If my employees treated my customers the way I've been treated, I would have never been successful.
You are a monopoly and you just walk all over us.
