Joe sent a message to Scott M. Prochazka – President and Chief Executive Officer of CenterPoint Energy – Email Address that said:
Mr. Prochazka,
This spring your company put in new gas lines in my neighborhood. I call the restoration number and after leaving 3 messages they finally returned my call. I was not happy with their response and asked to speak with another person. A gentleman named Jessie returned my called and addressed the issues I have with the restoration of my lawn. He told me he would set up a meeting with himself, the supervisor of the job and myself. I waited 7 days for his response and there was not a response. I called the response line again because Jesse would not give me his contact information. I am now asking you to help me get my lawn restored to the excellent shape it was in before your company made a mess of it. If you are not willing to restore it to the condition it was in I would be more than happy to hire a contractor to get my lawn back the way it was and send the bill to Centerpoint Energy. My expectations are higher than your companies policy and my lawn should be returned to the state it was in before the gas line was put in. I was told by the City of Columbia Heights that my rights are to have it restored this way. Now that your employees do not have enough respect to return calls and follow up on their promises my expectations just got higher and I will not except anything less than a perfect match to my lawn.
Thank you for reading this and I hope you will respond
Joe
