Mitchell sent a message to J. Paul Raines – Chief Executive Officer of GameStop Corporation – Email Address that said:
Mr. Raines - I know that you have more than your fair share of emails, but I just spent over an hour...yes an hour on the phone to try and talk to someone about my GameStop rewards card that had it's password changed and my reward points used by an unknown person. That's over an hour on hold listening to the advertisements for the products you would like for me to buy at your store...but yet the level of customer service would seem to indicate that GameStop really doesn't care. I am now waiting for the 48 hour return phone call from the email that I sent. I actually sent three, but based on the customer service thus far...I am not holding my breath for a call back. I could be wrong, I hope I am.
