Mr. Raines, your GameStop online Customer Service is horrible. I had an issue with ordering a Digital Gift Certificate online for a Birthday present. You can NEVER get anyone on the phone after waiting for literally over an hour. Not once, not twice, but 3 times! You try contacting someone via email but you don't get a reply for weeks. It worked out in the end because this person was very patient. But they didn't get their Gift Card until a week after their Birthday. That is just pathetic! The only reason I am even writing this is because I just received a reply to my HELP that I sent almost 1 month ago! I get a stinking reply in a month? What horrible, horrible Customer Service you have at your company. Good thing you have a bunch of ignorant kids to keep your company alive!
