If you have not yet discovered a horrible problem with the service at your Norcross, GA store, I suggest you look into the Yelp and Google reviews for that location. I only wish I had done that before doing business there. I had a problem with the Mac I bought there in December and brought it in for repair. I was promised a 3-5 day turnaround. After nearly two weeks and several visits and calls, the Mac came back in exactly the same shape I dropped it off. It simply wont turn on. The staff was utterly un-helpful, terrible communicators, and could only offer to do the same thing again. I took my computer and left. This seems to be an on-going problem at this location.
