Mr Renwick,

I hope you are doing well. Sir I have been a loyal customer since 2010 and i have enjoyed being your customer. Recently I submitted a claim and it was declined by your company. I was driving a rental from Enterprise and I was informed today it was declined. Your representative said I was not covered for rental vehicles. This evening I had a good conversation with a very knowledgeable customer service rep at 10:30 this evening. She said I am covered by Progressive while driving in a rental vehicle. Can you have someone from Progressive look in to my issue?
