Mr.Renwick, I Patrick went in to the Baton Rouge,La.office last week and after conversing with adjuster Michael S. the guy went off and called me a lie several times The most hurtful and shockingly word came out his filthy mouth.The N....r word came out. So I said what you said he left out the room and gave me a copy of a paper I signed. I talk 2 his supervisor and he apologized for him. That was weak and trying 2 fix damage control. So I talked to Mr.M.Burke and he was nice and I told him I hoped I would have not came to the place. Well unfortunately I came and it was the worst experience for me. I told them he gonna pay for what he said, not in a bad way but going to Court.I was gonna go on Facebook and Twitter 2 let the world know about the racist comments he made at me.Thanks for listening.
