My name is Nicola Price. I was a customer of Progressive. I have a claim regarding my vehicle. Claim # 175036922. My vehicle was totaled out by Progressive, I was not the driver. There has been an ongoing investigation due to garaging . I have sent documentation and done interviews. the accident happened on July 12th. Each time your reps tell me we are going to settle the claim, they then turn around and tell me it is still under investigation but cannot tell me why. One of your reps Jazmine Briskey has sat on my claim, avoided my calls, and she is rude. Jazmine stopped my car rental I had to pay for 6 days myself. I faxed emailed her documents which she took 2 weeks to tell me she did not receive. I talked to her boss Brian Haley who assured me he was going to get my claim settled. Now he says it is still under investigation. have been misled lied to. I am paying for a vehicle I no longer have. I have to get to work get around so I am paying for transportation. At this point I need my claim settled or I need my vehicle back. I want this to be settled it does not take that long. Anything you an do to speed up the process would be greatly appreciated.
