This is the first time I have every taken the time to e-mail a company to express my complete displeasure.
In April I ordered a dash cover for my 2014 Lexus IS250 F-Sport from your autoanything.com Internet site. It clearly did not fit ~ I sent pictures (x2) and communicated with an individual several times. I am the Fiscal Officer for the Department of Labor and sometimes I am called away for extended periods of time. This prevented me from following -up on more request for pictures. The last e-mail sent indicated that too much time has passed for a return. Your customer service specialist, Mrs.Adriana Quintana suggested I sell the item myself. I highly doubt this how you want this to end.
I prefer to have the dash cover, but if not, I would like to have my money returned.
