Eric sent a message to Thomas E. Richards – Chairman and Chief Executive Officer of CDW Corporation – Email Address that said:
I ordered a Lenovo laptop from CDW in June. It has completely stopped working. My son needs it every day for high school.
My contact at CDW, Brianna, told me to call Lenovo. After being on the phone for one hour with them, Lenovo told me to mail back the laptop and they'd try to fix it.
I told Lenovo and Brianna that this is unacceptable. I either want a new laptop or a refund. My son needs to use a laptop every day for high school.
Brianna said she can't do anything. When I told her this was unacceptable, she said she'd have someone call me. That was yesterday morning and I still have not heard anything.
Unless I get a new laptop or a refund, I will never buy from CDW again.
