Anonymous sent a message to Rodger O. Riney Founder and CEO, Scottrade that said:
Mr Riney,
My husband and I have a matter that we need to speak to you about in regards to an employee at one of your branch locations
We were unable to find an email for you directly. We are unsure if you, personally, will receive this email. We hope that you can appreciate that at this time we remain anonymous and keep this matter confidential until we are able to speak with you and only you personally.
We appreciate your timely response.
