I am contacting you in an attempt to gain some clarity on a question I have contacted Comcast on and off about over the past year or so. Currently, Comcast is not available in my area and I have request to hear from the Construction team on reasons why Comcast has not selected my area for expansion. Thus far I have not heard back from them.
In my neighborhood, Comcast service runs down the road about a mile before stopping. There are another mile or so of houses that could be serviced around 40 or so by my last count. Ive checked with other neighborhoods in my area of similar layout and size and they are currently being serviced, so I'm puzzled as to why Comcast never expanded service out to my area.
Could someone in your office please check this out for me? I can be reached . If the decision to run Comcast down to my area is made, you will definitely have on very happy new customer here. Thank you very much for your time, regardless of what you decide to do.
