Nobody at Comcast has been able to help us so we are reaching out to you. After many years of Comcast Internet service we gave XFINITY our business last year with TV, phone, home security and camera 24/7 recording as well. Everything has been working great except TV cable service. Our TV freezes every day, extremely frustrating. We have used technical support over the phone and multiple visits to our home. Nobody has bren able to resolve the issue. Global net is moving into out neighborhood this fall so our plan is to move to them unless you can help. This is the last opportunity we will give comcast to earn our business.
