I am trying to contact a live person to discuss how to lift my account suspension after a year so I can simply pay my bills on line.
you need to go on Undercover Boss and see how horrific it is to be a consumer and deal with the FPL million phone lines which all lead to the same recording and same process. Getting a human being is impossible.
