Kevin sent a message to Rodger O. Riney Founder and CEO, Scottrade – email address that said:
I am a customer of Scottrade and I am having a problem with my account. I know it's very small amount to Scottrade but its the trust that I have loss for Scottrade.
Scottrade said the paper work that a other broker had sent to transfer some of my funds was wrong and to find out and Scottrade admitted after 20 some day they were wrong. But they won't see my losses.....
Please have someone in a higher position other then the client relations dept contact me. They are making this worse.
