Mr Rodgers I am a member of your bank at Lady Lake. I am based in the UK and have previousley tranferred money to the UK. Before leaving Florida last time in April I arranged for money to be transferred to the UK with one of your managers. Recently I emailed the Manager and did not receive a reply. I then contacted a vice president who promised to sort it out. She said she would contact me next day but now 3 days later there are no replies to my e mail. I desperately need to transfer some funds immediately. Please help regards Norman
