Mr Rogers;
A lady from your office advised me a Seth Mills would call me back - silence so far.
I was very impressed when c.c'ing your office on my issue to get a response 2 weeks later.
However, no further action from anyone is kind of wearing that impression thin.
Just thought you should know that the follow up promised does not seem to be true alas.
