Mr. Rogers, as you enjoy your 4th of July weekenld, my family is enduring severe stress frustration as we closed on the house that we lived in Riveriew, Florida on June 30. We were given the impression that our request to close on the house in Lakeland, FL would take place June 29 to allow us time to move in. That did not happen. We are presently without a home and cannot even be provided a closing date from the mortgage employees. The more stressful part is that we rented a U-Haul truck that has our belongings and we paid upfront for more than a thousand dollars and we can only rent it until July 9. I wish you could be in our position to see how Sun Trust has treated us. My name is Rudel Natividad feel that being a long- time client of Sun Trust we would have been treated wih more respect. I would hope this reaches you that with your power you would respond to this message.
