Pete sent a message to William H. Rogers, Jr. CEO, SunTrust Banks, Inc. – email address that said:
Mr. Rogers, I feel compelled to issue a complaint against your organization and specifically about one of your "personal bankers" Jeanne My brother and sister in law were shot to death on 29 OCT, I have tried to contact Ms. Perkins since the first week of November- she has been either on vacation, at lunch, or out of the office each and every time. Second, other bank employees consistently provide inaccurate information each time. I am trying to fulfill my legal and moral obligations as the executor of my loved ones estate with NO HELP and no sense of responsibility from your organization corporate or branch location. I live 385 miles from Bartlett, TN and cannot try to catch Ms. Perkins in between her many breaks and vacation days. I spent 30 years in the Army, I've met many "self important" individuals over the years, Ms. Perkins is apparently one too. It appears that I will be forced to involve the Probate Court to get some answers that my legal appointment grants me by court order. How can I properly report the estates' status without the creditors cooperation? In the course of my military duties I handled hundreds of millions of dollars of equipment, contracts, resources, and people I have never met a more obtuse person or organization, less cooperative, less professional, and less accurate. This is for your information but I can only assume you must be aware of these problems with Sun Trust as they are endemic throughout the organization from branch to corporate headquarters.
If however you would like to discuss these issues,
Thank-you and Merry Christmas! Pete
