Mr. Rogers, I have had a Sun Trust Account
since 1971 and I am Angry because the new One Time Passcode is not working !!
I have received about 15 passcode for my On Line Banking. I have contacted the on- line service but it only last about 3 minutes
to allow the code to be used. This is for our
Security during banking. However, it has not worked for me !! I spend hours and days trying to use the code. If it was a One
Time Passcode why is it changed everyday?
As a Retired Senior I felt comfortable being able to check my accounts when needed. So, what are other Options for Passcodes or after being a Customer for years Transfer to another Bank? This is stressing
me out each day. Can you get help for me?? If I dont get an answer this week I must Leave My Sun Trust Bank of over
40 years
