Mr. Rogers,
My name is Richard and back on the 15th of April almost $4,000 was taken from my accounts with SunTrust. We reported the theft on the 22nd of April and changed all of our accounts. Since then we have received no information and no money. This happened in a branch and was a cash withdrawl. I do not understand why this is so complicated. I am at the end of my rope.
