Mr. Rogers - Please, Please, Please Help Me
I hate to come to you with this, but I dont know where else to turn. I have a home mortgage with your bank (loan 0288622392 and I am behind. My husband died in Sept, 2016. I made the payments just find until the bank went up on the payment. Unbeknownst to me, my husband had gotten a 30yr - ARM. He kept telling me it was fixed when I asked. To make a long story short, he dropped dead and I was left with a mess. I applied and was approved for a reverse mortgage which would pay off the loan to SunTrust bank. I need to pay 15k to finalize it. I spoke to the people in your lost prevention department, but they said it was nothing they could do! That SunTrust would not forgive the 15k (when it will cost a lot more to go through all the procedures you have to- to take my house from me.) I am not trying to get over on the bank. I applied for a personal loan from the company they sent me to, of course it was denied. I do not want the bank to loose anything. I will sign an agreement to pay the 15K back only if you can let One Reverse pay off the mortgage. I beg of you to please help me. I spoke to One Reverse today and they said their offer was still good for two months, and they could close in two weeks. Please help me - again, I will be able to pay the 15k back and will sign a contract to do so if I can get my new mortgage. Thank you for any consideration given my request.
