Mr. Rogers,
I am having problems with my mortgage from your Lake Mary, Florida branch. It has been over three months now and still do not have a closing date. The customer service obtained from here is atrocious.
I have had to send the same documents multiple times because they are lost or misplaced{this included hand delivered papers as well). I sign a document as asked then I am told days later it has to be initialed as well. This has happened so many times leading to delay after delay. No one is capable enough to tell me at one time what is needed to be done.
The underwriting department is even worse. Documents that should have been asked for months ago are being asked for after the third closing date has come and gone.
I own a retail business and can assure you that if I treated my customers in the manner I am being treated by your bank that I would be out of business.
I am hoping that you get this e-mail and can help my cause in some way.
