Mr. Ron, My name is Delores. I am very disappointed with the services from your company. I know you can not correct issues if you don't know what they are. On Dec. 31st, I placed an order online and it was supposed to be delivered to me on Jan. 5th. Well needless to say it never arrived on that day neither on the 6th and here we are the 7th and still no order. I did call an spoke to who was supposed to be a supervisor named "Anette" would not give me her last name nor her location. However I am very disappointed, I stayed home for 3 days straight waiting for my order and it never arrived. When I spoke to this lady she said they were having trouble finding my address and I immediately told her we get packages from Fedx and UPS all the time. Where I am located I am very easy to find. I am right off a main Street in Louisiana. I told her if it was not delivered to me today, I wanted a refund. She said that would take at least two. weeks. Mr. Ron, the reason I am contacting you is I feel that this is totally uncalled for and I would like an immediate refund. I know you have policies but with what has been done to me I feel an immediate refund is in order here. Would you please see to it that that happens for me. Please feel free to call me and I can better explain this situation to you. I will be waiting for your response.Thank You Very Much
