Judy sent a message to Ross McEwan CEO, Royal Bank of Scotland that said:

Mr. Ross McEwan, CEO
Mr. George Hill completed a contract job for Shell Petroleum Company in London valued at 2.5 Million GBP. The contract funds were put into Royal Bank of Scotland. We have been trying to get the money transferred for the past 7 months. We have been assessed one fee after another. To a sum of approximately $200,000 USD. We have filed a complaint against every bank and every person we have transferred money too. Helen Junell-Fassauer, who is my sister, is the beneficiary of the funds, We paid a FATF fee that was suppose to be returned to us in 30 days and your bank decided to use it for another fee they generated. I believe that your bank is at fault in many ways. We have been working with Mr. Tom Oldani, Victoria London Branch. Would you please take the time to investigate. This situation has devastated our family. Mr. Hill has lost his home, he hasnt seen is son in 7 months on a job that was suppose to be 3 weeks. We now have been ask to pay another 18,000 GBP for a Marginal Difference Fee. This situation has become unbelievable, that your bank and country could do this.
I appreciate you time and concern to this matter.
Judy
