Mr Rueledge, never in my life have i had such a hard time trying to get cable hookup, Tech came yesterday, I was in the process of moving so we did not have a tv here at the time but he assured me everything was fine that it had a strong signal, well of course last night when we hooked up tv there was only untuneable channels, Ive spoken to 6 different people last night and this morning, was promised to get a call back last night never happened, I was promised to have someone here this morning to resolve this issue, never happened, I took off work this morning to get this resolved, Now they are telling me someone will be Between 1 and 3 pm today, so I have to take the whole day off work, I sure hope they show up today!!! I hope this is not the cutsome way of doing bussiness, I fell I have been out right lied to by your employees and this makes me not want to do business with spectrum, I sure hope you can look into this matter, Please listen to the recording of what has been said, thay just tell you what they think you want to hear just to get you off the phone, well I really do not think you want to do business that way!!!
